Gabriel Coast Renovation

This 4,300+ square foot home in Palm Coast is located within a gated community offering expansive views of waterway and ocean. The homeowners undertook a comprehensive renovation of the main floor, reworking the layout by opening multiple walls and fully transforming the home’s heart with a custom chef’s kitchen. The project also included a striking Italian plaster fireplace, along with bespoke cabinetry and custom window treatments throughout. Spaces renovated included the entryway, formal living and dining rooms, family room, kitchen and dinette, laundry room, and the primary bedroom’s pool bath. Extensive construction and craftsmanship were executed by 1565 Woodworks, resulting in a thoughtfully reimagined coastal home that balances function, craftsmanship, and refined materiality.
